Freezing after enter Login / Password
 
After i enter my login name and password i click enter and it just sits at this screen and wont go any further.

Can you say more ? this is a fresh install or this is old everquest files ?
or client up to date before 09-13-2005 patch ?
Many post speak about freezing on connection, have you read them ?

you patched after september 13th. you have to wait till a fix is put down.
Untill then..=/ ERRRRRRRRR

Ah ok , so because i patched after 9/13 it is causing that?

I just reinstalled EQ like last week and was going to play the emu but wasnt able to get connected ... So once they get a fix it will work properly?

I think he's saying basically that you should read the other 10,000 posts asking the same question you're asking. Daily, and I do mean daily, some new member comes along and asks this. Always it's best to read everything in the forums before asking. There's likely an answer already posted. Search is at the top menu bar and it works :)

Basically yes, you have to just bide your time until there is a new version of the Emu made compatable with Live Everquest, if the Devs decide to keep on chasing live eq at all. They are taking a break from that at least for the time being.

Anyway, ya you missed it by just over a month. Just keep checking back for updated info. It may take a while but if you don't keep current with the message boards you may miss out if they do release a next version.
