new to the forums just wanted to say hello to everyone I have been here a few times but would like to offer help in anyway I can with anything that is needed not sure of what use I can be but figured I would offer

I think that about covers EQEMU in a nutshell..im sure people will add to it tho once they see I forgot some things <Grin>.

For the record, Cisyouc = "she", not "he".

Anyway, if you're good with C++, you can check out the bug list at http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...akka=Issues062 and see if there's anything you want to try to tackle. There's a pretty steep learning curve to the code, from what I've heard. Feel free to stop by #support on IRC, as there are people there who can help get you started.

If you don't code C++, the best way to help is to play the emu and post good bug reports for the devs.

And don't worry about getting flamed, unless you ask for info about client patches. Then you're just asking for it :P Most of the people on the boards are really friendly and helpful, though.

Another way to help is to download OpenZone and start making custom zones and/or weapons ;)
