Bypassing Patching

Do you have to patch to EQ Live in order to play EQ emu or is there a patch Download? I really hate spending money if I don't have to. I would rather Donate the money to emu insted.

Spending money? if you mean spending it on a subscription fee to everquest, no you dont have to pay that at all. The patcher will patch your EQ files wheather you're paying for EQlive or not. (Note: patching after the date at the top of the forums will break the current version of eqemu)
