What other things do you have installed besides Delphi to get the admin tool to compile. I would like to play with it but not sure what else I need.

That's it. It uses some custom Delphi components, but otherwise it's self-contained. The components it uses should all be included in the ZIP file, except for the ZEOS database components which you can get at www.zeoslib.org, I believe. There's no C/C++/Asm/VB/Java code or anything...
