if you search more in the forum and the documentation (wiki) instead Re-installed 4 times, you find yourself some help.
Since 0.6.5 (Last is 0.7) eqemu no need loginserver.ini (http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...=Dev065Release)
If you need loginserver.ini because you use minilogin,
Read minilogin section, many user give some hints !

When you post some request in future, plz try to be more precise, in your message we don't see what version you use, minilogin or no, no config...
I don't know how hours we pass to help, but it is more than 16 ;)
