Zone Exp Modifier
 
Does the zone exp modifer table in the database actually effect the exp mobs give? It seems like when changing it nothing happens, i tested it several times by changing it from 1.5 to 2 then to 10 and got the same amount of exp each time.... anyone able to change the zone exp modifier or exp gain in general? and yes i reboot server after each time i change it.

simply put
yes.

all I do is change the value in the html interface, update it, shutdown the server and zones. then restart everything.
