I miss S2K =X
 

Hello people, I have never really posted here before, so sorry if I'm in the wrong place.. I was wondering about the S2K surver, I know it had a different name last time I used it (but I can't think of it).. Anyways I should be able to play again here in a month or two.. (i got hurt in the army and have been a medical holdover) I was just wondering if a surver like S2K. if there is none like it, what would be a good surver to play on? I really would like a surver that has just a tad higher exp then live so casual play can get me places.. I also want to be able to obtain good gear at lower level with out being rich. (but I don't want it to be godly gear) if anyone could point me in the right direction thatd be great, thanks

It's kinda difficult to say what servers will be up in a couple months from now. Most don't last more than a couple weeks. With .7 out now, we may see some good boxes pop up and stay up for a bit though.

My Server is a clone of the s2k but it's non legit and upgraded to version 6.0

I was thinking about running a legit version of it also if I can ever get more memory.

wow, couple weeks.. so you basicly have to start over a lot anymore? hmm maybe ill look at non-legit survers then... read a little bit about a PEQ: the grand creation.. does that surver have a website? lol I may not be able to play for months but I'm stuck in a little room with nothing to do but look stuff up with this pocket pc so ill keep checking in from time to time also, what about projecteq? what's thatabout if you don't mind answering

Project EQ is the PEQ Server. Project Eq is a group working on creating a live like Database and uses the most up-to-date version of the emulator and PEQ database. You can read more about them at http://projecteq.net

Man you been out of the loop along time...
Nobody can beat PEQ and I doubt anyone ever will.
I have decided to give lifetime memberships to anyone

who is military that wants to play on my Server.

Such an idea yet could so easily be abused. There is no way to really, fully establish that they are in the military to a full extent.

All I have to say is you pretty much better expect 95% of your player base to have lifetime memberships ;)

Give Zebuxoruk a try, it's custom and funny :).

What do you mean by "lifetime membership" anyway? It's not like you charge people to play. Do you randomly boot people that aren't servicemen (or women)?

Thats pretty neat, I've never been on that site. It shows Previous Military also. I got out September of 2000 and found myself :)

Thats rather silly to think that.
I only boot people that make trouble for me.
The game pretty much runs itself and anyone can play for free.
The job of my GM's is to fix bugs and assist players not show off there uber gear like on some of the other named Servers.
What I ment was they get lifetime fourm access to the special areas
that are members only ie: tech support and custom item makeing. minilogin for when the main server fails and a buch of others.

no plan is foolproof if they wanted to go thu the trouble im sure they could get by with faking it. but it would be a lot of trouble and mil.com im sure checks you out.
