0.7.0-801 UPDATED To compile properly on windows source
 

ok the server.sln file has files listed in the zone project that arent needed nor included in the source and can cause compile errors so here is the updated source and sln files!

if you post either a unified diff of this, or a list of things you changed, I will get the changes into the official version so they continue on in the future.
