Working EQW Version! (2.1)

For those who didn't keep a backup of old EQW versions, this version works with the newest EQmail.dll (The one from the 5/30/02 patch)

This DOESN'T mean the EQMAIN.DLL works with the EMU yet, but when it does, you should be able to use this EQW.

Hopefully JSD will release a newer version. Seems it's a simple fix relating to Direct Input.
