Logging in to the (login) server ... CRASH
hi guys,
ok, I read and I searched and I wiki-ed ... and either I am stupid or .. well, something else :) I installed a fresh Titanium and followed the play-guide (which wasn't that hard :) ). When I then type in my login-server data I get a tiny window, saying "Logging in into server ... please wait" ... then I get a slightly bigger window, saying "News" on top. And then I crash to the desktop ... even without trying to click on one of the buttons of the window. Also I have a little flicker on the bottom of the screen, maybe that tells somebody something. I read that some guys are crashing to the desktop while selecting a server ... but I don't even get that far. I hope that this hasn't been asked as I really tried to "Search" and read other threads before this posting. |
What server are you trying to join ?

As I mentioned above ... I crash even before I get to the server selection screen.

I had to add this line to my eqclient.ini as it was not in there: FullscreenRefreshRate=60 Now I can log in, join a server and create a char... I am soooo happy to finally play EQ again :)) |
