Flagging Serverop account
 

ok so i go to command prompt and type this:

cd c:\emu (i named file emu)
then world.exe flag emu 200

then i get this picture below that says setting gm flag failed. any help would be appriated

If you're using the minilog, then it should read:
world.exe flag eqemu 200

If not, it would be
world.exe flag [accountname] 200
where accountname is the name you were given for the public server.

I'm using the minilogin and eqemu worked fine for me.

There is no account named "emu". that is your problem.
