Couple weapon fixes and additions.
 

I compiled a good bit of the NToV procing weapons from Ariak's recent database and fixed them so they do actually proc, and also added two SoL weapons, along with a couple fixes to some of the weapons that had errors on them.

The zip contains the sql file with the weapons and a readme explaining in a little detail exactly what was changed.

If you use this and encounter any problems with the items please let me know. :)
