Feature request.
 

I really would like to see minilogin be able to receive either the Username or password from the client, but I fear that it may be a serious legal issue with SOE. I uderstand that being able to use the Username AND password would result in any joe shmoe making a login server, but what about just the Username? What is the feasibility of this?

I believe that the source code for the minilogin was never released by the author and therefore, we have what we have... and he is no longer here.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hrm, I was under the impression that the source code was still available to the devs, but not released as it contains the routines necessary for decoding the client datastream. But I too could be wrong :)

This has been requested several times before, the answer then and now is the same.

Minilogin uses IP, for security the cripto for user / pass will not be used it it, if you want user / passes to be used. use the public login server.
