severely annoying problem

I've tried different databases and still get the same results so i must have done something, or need to do something, with mysql commands. My problem is this, everytime i go from one zone to another, by walking or #zone, the game freezes up after saying Loading and awhile later i get a world.exe error box pop saying world.exe has to close send/dont send error report. I went to the eventviewr in windows and found this code...

I am using eqemu 7.0 with mysql 4. I've tried using Cavedude's, Peq, and both databases. My next step is to unsinstall everything, Perl, mysql, and eqemu, but I fear i'm still gonna get the same result. Any ideas anyone? If i figure out how to fix this on my own i'll post how i did it here for future reference. Thanx

update.

It's almost 5:am where i am but i can finally say no more world.exe zoning problems. I uninstalled mysql, perl, and eqemu. I explored my computer and deleted the folders that were still there, emptied my recycling, and restarted my computer. After doing a totally fresh install (but this time with Cavedude's latest server pack 3.6) my test character now zones without crashing world.exe. I still think i did something wrong with mysql somewhere.
