New characters with wrong and full inventory...
 

I've had this problem ever since I started my server. I've not paid too much attention to it because I can just dump the unwanted equipment. But I'd like to fix the issues if there is a fix.

My sever is EQEmu-0.7.0-905.
I'm using Angelox's database AX_PEQ Version 21 12-12-06.
My client is Titanium.

Here's the problem.
I start a new toon and inconsistently I'll get a full or mostly full inventory of stuff, you name it armor, food, water, bags, and miscellaneous items. Most of the time it

Oops forgot to list that info yeah I'm running the 4.x MySQL server.
I've basically got the setup via the Wiki guide.
I'll down load the new full version you don't need to make anything just for me. :o

I downloaded the latest full database and made a new character and I got just the startup items.
