It's not so much of a massive improvement over 0.3 as that was over 0.2, but there are still plenty of additions and fixes.
There are more loot tables, and I've started doing Z coordinates for NPCs that need them - Emperor Crush for example can now be found in the right place.
There's also data for some of the zone points (only about 25% of them so far, but should be more in the next release), however these will only work (I think) if there is also a hard-coded zonepoint there. They will however fix the "zone server down" problem.
The next version hopefully will include some shopkeeper item lists, when Darvik implements DB structs for these.
