Well i got a problem
 

I just reinstalled titanium, and im now getting this Faulting application eqgame.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module , version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

also when that happens my screen goes black and seems my monitor goes 2 sleep

first question... did you COMPLETELY remove the old install? i ask this because we get millions of posts about similar issues when people reinstall and it usually comes down to several possibilities every time:

1) using Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs leaves behind some files. you have to completely trash the EverQuest folder. anything less invites hours of pain and suffering

2) directX can be FUBARed sometimes when installing/reinstalling. if you reinstalled your vid driver, reinstall directX 9.0c (not a or b, c is the only version i know of that works)
