Regarding CVS peqdb and quest updating
 

This prolly old news but I just want to make sure that I am on the right track.

I just realized that when my quest or peqdb has nothing to be updated it will show orange text, while if there is something new the text will be showed in green color.

But I am not sure if my assumption is right since I am new to CVS. Would anyone has the same assumption as well?

Pardon for this dumb assumption. I've tried to read many pages on this site but none showing the info about this CVS stuff.
