Fishing
 
small mod here to make fishing more like Live. this in no way makes fishing complete (it still has more work to do) but it should at least make it closer to Live than it is now.

basically it takes skill into account when deciding whether to give the "zone specific stuff" or the "generic fishing success items". at skill 200, there is a 50% chance to get zone specific stuff with this mod. obviously, i'm not sure what the true value would be to make it exactly live, but this should at least make it more like live.

diff is against ./zone/forage.cpp

wouldn't that also mess with the foraging function or at least base your ability to forage on your fishing skill? =S

no. the modification is only in the fishing code. both fishing and foraging methods are contained in the file forage.cpp (why, dunno). foraging will be untouched.
