EQEmulator Forums - Chanda

I didn't see the Miller's quests in Qeynos Hills anywhere, so I wrote them up. On Live, Chanda gives the Bear-hide Boots with EE focus on them. I can't find that item in PEQ though, so it uses the old Bear-hide Boots.
