I can connect, but others cannot.
 

My server connects to the EQEmu login server just fine. Everyone can see it there when I have the server running. The only problem is, I am the only one who can connect to it.

Things I have done:
Forwarded the ports 7000 - 7006 on my router.
Tried it with the firewall completely off.
Changed my IP from the localhost ip to the LAN IP (linksys default)
Run back and forth between wiki and forums, to no avail for the past 2 days.
Recovered from 3 headaches.
