TGB issues
 

I'm not sure if this is db related or eqemu related, so I figured I'd post it up here as well on PEQ (the server that I notice these issues on)

1. ) If you have an NPC targeted and cast a group buff or combat ability (zerker's haste/atk buff) with TGB ON, it ends up casting the buff on the NPC, therefore not working on your own group and essentially burning the refresh timer on that spell/song/ability. You also get the message saying your spell did not take hold. I haven't tested this with group heals, but buffs and combat abilities I know for sure, Songs I'm not sure of.

2. ) I'm not sure if this is still happening but I noticed also that the caster doesn't always get the buff he/she casts when using TGB.
