Custom Command Status

How does one create a custom command status?

For instance i want #finditem, #itemsearch, and #summonitem accessable to a person with the status level 0.

I changed the value to 0 on each of them using Navicat and rebooted the server but that didn't seam to do anything to help with the problem. I've also raised a friends account to status 10 to see if for some reason he would beable to use those commands (original status 80), but he couldn't as I figured. However he did notice that there are several other commands listed in #help that i don't even have in my Commands table.

I have 129 records according to navicat in my Commands table.

Thank you for your help.

All that information can be found in the wiki

No offense almost half the wiki pages have "edited" in the field, theres not much information there and if it is, its not easy to find. i will search it again but i doubt it will help.

Which is database doesn't show anything useful, i think this is where i can go. I don't see any trouble shooting areas.

I looks like the owner of that particular page removed all the content for some reason. I added the information that used to be there back; however, I cannot say how accurate it is.

Thanks sesmar, but every search i've done says that addon.ini isn't used anymore on the current build.

But thank you very much for posting
