Exotic Drinks Quest turn in does not work
 

The rest of the quest works up to the point where you hand in the items to the bartender (except using a regurgitonic to get a fish from Frostbite. Identifying the regurgitonic always shows it as a bad regurgitonic). Turned in a koalyndal, erud's tonic, honey jum and a kiola nut to Nesin and nothing happens. No compendium, cash, returned items or words. Alerting people to avoid this quest until it is repaired.
