how would you set player classes or races to a team ? I'm looking to set pvp to race base teams .only two teams needed TY for any help on this issue i have looked over forums maybe i missed it .

That's one of the things in EQEmu that isn't implemented at the moment, and requires custom code.

You can get the latest unstable build from the website, (downloads section) and start working on it from there. Unfortunately, it isn't a priority for developers to implement custom code, simply because the possibilities are too robust and many of them do not emulate the live servers.

Just a thought . what if you use guild wars type of set up could you put all light race in one guild and dark in a guild for dark only races ? but can you set it up to auto join a guild when someone makes a new toon ?kinda like you set the server priv levels (like 255, 10 , ect) if you could set it for all light races to join guild ID 1 and all dark races for guild ID 2 . going by the rade ID to set this . maybe could be done not sure yet.
