Outdoor spells inside?
 

This is probably either a server setting or a problem with my configuration, but all outdoor spells can be cast indoors. Any ideas?

If you update to the latest code version and add the new line to your zone table, you can set indoor or outdoor in your zones table. You have to set them all manually on a zone by zone basis. Same for levitate and canbind etc.

The current PEQ CVS should have all of that data already in it.
