Where is zone9x.exe?

The new archive contains zoneNT.exe, but not zone9x.exe

Why wasn't that included? After I set up my server on my Windows 98 machine, I used the zone9x.exe from the 0.3.1 package and got an incorrect patch error. I'm assuming that I must have the 0.3.4 (latest) version?

There is no Zone9x.exe for 0.3.4. and yes, for latest patch you must use 0.3.4.
