players are saying that after they get the message your enemies have forgotten you that they still get aggro after standing. and die usually lol.. anyways so my question is is this a few isolated cases or is there something wrong with the code? or did i miss a fix somewhere?

i looked though the code and i see where it clears the aggro list and give the message nothing looks wrong with it but maybe there is?

No, this is a well known issue. FD says it clears your agro, but if you don't kill everything that once had agro on you, or don't camp out every now and then to completely clear agro, you will no doubt eventually get a train. Something needs to be set to actually completely wipe the hate list when they get the Forgotten message.
