All in one pre-packaged quests?
 

I hope this doesn't come out like a dumb question, is there a downloadable package that has the original quests mostly set up? I had thought that was what peq was for, but I noticed no quests are working for me and I can't seem to find any info on 'enabling' them. Do I have to go through and do them all one at a time by hand?

The PEQ installer contains all quests and there is no need to enable them, they will just work. Did you make sure to install Perl?
