EQClassic also got hit with 'legal trouble.'

Looks like some people don't want a classic server... :/

Eqemu 4.4 is not dead just slow and as not been hit by legal reason. Eqemu4.4 just need's more developers to take off it's completely open source.

I'd love to test and work on the DB, but the files seem to be missing from the page. Also, I see a FAQ for Titanium, but if this is classic EQ then I'd like to test on classic software. What is the earliest version supported in 4.4?
