Graphic Design?
 

Im not sure where this would go..but it has to do with EQemu and Windows, so I put it here..

How would one go about designing graphics for weapons?
Like if I wanted to..make a custom weapon..and then a custom graphic..how would I go about that?
I know I would need a designing program..but..all the other stuff, I'm clueless.
