A server with old combat system?

Is anyone running a server with the classic combat system that didn't have a 10 point melee dmg cap up to lvl 10?

apparently nobody does or else they would have replied by now but yeah those servers were the best

It wouldn't be too difficult to fix if you were determined to create a more 'live' feel.
