New accounts on EQemu

I was wondering if your able to register a new email for different EQemu accounts. I don't seem to be able to and I can't remember my LS Password
I was looking to just start over since LS passwords cannot be recovered but every time I try to register it says I don't have permission. Have they closed this off to new users?

It should still work. Are you sure you are using an email that you didn't already register with once?
