Mend Bones

I just started on a server here awhile back, really waiting on the server -=testing don't play here yet=- "told it's going to be a new eq classic only pve server" to get done. As of right now I just picked up mend bones on my necro which is a lvl 7 spell and it says I need to be lvl 71 to scribe... ummm lol something wrong?

Hey superjiff. I assume the spell will be different levels for different servers and this is probably not the correct place to post this.
Which server did you encounter this on? It's NEC ( 8 ) on mine.
