transferring toons

i currently play on (peq) the grand creation. they have recently implemented that you cannot box two toons on the same login so i was wondering how i could transfer my other two toons to another login if anyone knows how to do this it would be of great help

I can tell you that it is not a quest...

Go to PEQ website and ask for a character transfer.
