Connection to server failed

I’m trying to set up a local server just for me to play around with some things.
I’ve been following this guide http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...kka=ws1129r222 and I think I’ve completed all the steps correctly – everything seems to be in order
when I run my ServerStart.bat
there seems to be a problem

what is "Error: 10061"? is there a list of error codes anywhere?

any ideas or pointers greatly appreciated

I get that on my server sometimes too, and usually I just ignore it and log in to play. In my case it's just not waiting long enough (the ping -n 10) before starting zone.

But if it keeps saying it can't connect over and over and over, that would be something else.. I'm not sure of.

I'm getting the same error. No server shows up in EQ either :-/

Anyone find a fix?

This happens to me, kind of hit and miss, but I think it may be due to the login server itself. I haven't made any changes to my emu or DB, and it ran solidly for several days, until the past 2 or so, its been occasionally getting the login error after its been up a while.
