All my Spell Skills reset to level 1.

Hi guys...i recently came back from leaving for about 6month or so..maybe longer....and when i logged on my 50 necro on VZ/TZ server ALL of my spell skills were reset to level 1... i constantly fizzle and was wondering if i could do anything to get this fixed?
