A time out has occured

Ive used the search function to find an answer to my prob but all ive read dont match my issue. I have been playing for a long long time with no probs i was even logged in last night... now when i try to connect from login screen all i get is A time out has occured. ive been getting it for a couple hours now. any info on what i should do or if i should just keep trying to log in every now and then in hopes of it going away? lol

This very likely has nothing to do with eqemu or their loginservers whatsoever.
