when i input "#bot help" ,it said command bot not recognized..

i build a miniserver on my computer, and use PEQServerPack-Maps-4.0-1110a.exe and PEQUpdatePack-4.0-1129Rev233.exe for updated, but when i input "#bot help" ,it said command bot not recognized..i read the post of our fourm, and use visit the makefile and makefile.command, it has been fixed already, where can i find the problem?

and i download Revision279-Bots.zip from google, but i dont know if it necessary, and if necessary, how can i use it?
i realy a newb of this
