Unable to connect

Installed EQ but I am unable to connect. I am on the internet and everything but I am unable to login to the EQemulator.

I follwed the installation instructions with the emulator on the site.

Everytime I try and login, I am told that a connection with the server could not be reached.

Any help appreciated.
