So Vista ain't so bad........
 

I've been looking for a way to easily filter loottables, drops, items, npcs and so forth. Right now I am transferring all of my custom stuff from database version ancient XXX to the 1129Rev535. I have made massive changes to the database. While going through the new database and deleteing/copying/pasting I've always to plug in numbers one by one. Its a slower than all hell process.

On my Vista machine I have the databases linked through MS Access. On my XP machine I could never get it to work right for whatever reason. I then changed the database on my XP machine so I could read it from my Vista machine.

So now I can see both on my Vista machine. Using MS Access I can filter/copy/paste/delete multiple selections in seconds. I have all of my changes made on an excell spreadsheet. I never took to navicat, dunno why. Maybe this could help someone else out there too.
