Alright, I need complete Directions

I use Windows ME. I just reinstalled the Kunark and Velious expansions. I changed the EQHOST.TXT file, and when I try to login, it says it cannot find a host, make sure I have an EQHost.Txt file in my EQ folder, what's up?
