Potion Belt enabling?

How do you edit an item to make it potion belt enabled? Does anyone know which item property to change? Any help would be appreciated. I did some searching, but couldn't find any threads that answered this. Thanks!

I haven't begun working with eqemu files yet but did you compare the code for an item that you know is potion belt enabled to one that is not to see if you can find the difference?

There is a potionbelt field in the items table and I am pretty sure if that field is set to 1 it will make the item potion belt usable.
