Looking for an old server

Way back in the 4.0 days there was the worlds greatest server besides RA :P
gotta give love to Mort, but anyway. I'm looking to come back to the EQ world and bring this server back. It was called Empire. if anyone has any info on the creator i'd love to try and get this server back up.
