PublicLogin.exe

Anybody know where to download this file? I couldn't find it on any of the files on sourceforge, but it is apparently (and I confirmed it) required to run a server on a LAN.

And if someone could correct me if I am wrong, but the login for a LAN server does not work with the current 3.5 build?

I know publiclogin 1.03 won't work with 3.5. And I don't think it is just the version check that causes the problem.
