this is more of a php utility for minilogin in which a user enters their username and password (which has to be setup in the accounts table) to change their public ip address if they are playing over the internet.

The account password should be setup by the server op for this to be "secure"

Don't believe this is needed with the EQEmuLoginserver that KLS released. Thanks, though. :)
