unable to open EQ
 

for some reason when i put the command line Patchme in the short cut it still tries to patch EQ but it stops in that little window block and says

Error: could not download to file.

Please rerun EverQuest.exe to try again

any ideas ? please and thank you :D

That's because you need to point your shortcut to eqgame.exe and not everquest.exe.
