Group Leader Not Saving

Did a few searches, couldn't find anything.

Every time a group zones, it forgets who the group leader is (acts as if no one is the leader). We watch the SQL tables and see them save the information properly, even after zoning. Any suggestions on next troubleshooting step?

I remember playing on EZ server and having that problem a lot. And then one day Hunter(op) patched a new version and that went away.
