Editors/Leslamarch's Installer
 

I hope this hasn't been addressed elsewhere, but I looked and didn't see anything. I am working with Leslamarch's excellent Installer and Navicat to make a custom database and I can't seem to get GeorgeS' tools working with this set up. Any thoughts? I have checked and the db.ini is correct, with user=root, pass=eqemu and db=peq (GUI Launcher set to PEQ if that is an issue).

what issues are you having with georges tools? most common problems is either

a)not getting the odbc mysql files from his website.

b)ocx issues, from not running the bat file in the resource folder.

please provide what issues you are actually having.

Thanks for the response, I just got them working. The ODBC drivers must have installed incorrectly the first time, as uninstalling and installing them again fixed the connection issue I was having. Your tools are amazing GeorgeS! Any chance we'll ever be able to create items from scratch through your Items Editor?
