Oh my bleeding hands...

Complete Pre-Luclin spells file for eqadmin (#3-2010 spells). Will add luclin tomorrow, hands just hurt from adding those :D Any gaps are prolly because there wasn't a spell in the spdate file :p Now you can go nuts with effects ;) Just add into directory with your admin program, enjoy. Oh, if it doesn't work, just make it SPELLS.txt instead of spells.txt (the filename) :o
